3. Services, Bookings & Payments

All appointments are subject to availability. By submitting a booking request, you authorize us to secure your slot. We reserve the right to require a deposit for specific premium services.

• All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and include applicable UK taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Full payment for services rendered is due immediately upon completion of your appointment.
• We accept major credit/debit cards and approved digital payment methods.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

We value the time of our professionals and our clients. We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the forfeiture of your deposit or a cancellation fee up to 50% of the scheduled service cost. Refunds for completed services are generally not provided, but we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will address any concerns appropriately.
